Adam is the founder and managing partner of Action Commercial Group, an industrial real estate brokerage that focuses on land acquisitions, development, redevelopment and repositioning. He is based in Philadelphia and actively services clients in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. His practice focuses on servicing industrial business owners’ needs as they acquire, dispose, lease, and stabilize real estate assets. Adam works intimately with private equity groups and funds in order to bring institutional interest to industrial assets of varying scales. In parallel with Adam’s work as a broker, he has maintained an investment and development business focused on multifamily properties. In this capacity, Adam has helped facilitate the development of one thousand residential units in Philadelphia, including transformative projects in rapidly growing neighborhoods, including Mount Airy & Roxborough. Adam received his real estate license at eighteen and briefly attended Temple University on a full academic scholarship before deciding to focus on real estate full-time.
